He was predeceased by: his parents, John Welch and Lorraine Welch; and his brother Terrance. He is survived by: his wife Mardella Welch; his children, Madena Cunningham (Todd) and Brian Welch (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Talen, Landen, Jake, Zach and Ava; and his siblings, Sheila Buckley (Kevin), Michael and Tim. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
