He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Ryan; and his sisters, Dorothy, Mildred and Gladys. He is survived by: his children, Richard Ryan (Barbara Ann), Shirley Hartley, Deborah Crowe (Butch Moore), Keith Eddinger (Joni), Buck Eddinger (Barb), Randy Eddinger (Patti), Dawn Hansen (Edward), Gregg Eddinger (Zina) and Amy Mull (James); his son-in-law Donald Crowe; and his siblings, Edna Shanks and Gordon Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the F.F. Thompson Foundation for the Sands Cancer Center, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
