She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Kathy Ann Morris (Peter) and Shawn Anderson (Bill Mallory); her grandchildren, Nathan Morris (Jasmyn), Allison Merrill (Wyatt), Rachel VanThof (Paul) and Ian Anderson; her great grandchildren, Finn and Madigan; her husband Willis K. "Bill" Penner; her siblings, George Webster and Helen Whittaker; and her parents, Lewis Webster and Ida Webster (Sullivan). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
