He was predeceased by: his mother Jacquelyn Lees (Modzel); his sister Cheryl Baxendale; his siblings-in-law, John "Hap" and Jean Bement; and his stepparents, Dorothy Randolph and Samuel Lees.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Randolph; his children, LeEtta Cook (Joe), Shawn Randolph, Jeffrey Knaak (Jody Hainsworth), Matthew Randolph, Jordan Randolph, Ronald Knaak (Becky), Edward Randolph, Jr. and John Sulzener (Noel); his grandchildren, Connor, Alanna, Addison, Carter, Paisley and Quinn; his father Edward H. Randolph; and his siblings, Charles, Patrick Randolph and Christine Randolph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
