He was predeceased by: his father John "Pat" Bolger. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Bolger (Blazey); and his siblings, Patrick Bolger (Maureen) and Amy Principato (Peter). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and two grand-nephews.
