He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet DeRosa (Dobbins); his siblings, Madeline Pacilio (Peter), Frank DeRosa (Yolanda), Vincentia Rizzi (Billy), Margaret Mauro (Victor), Helen Catalfamo (Santo), Ida Guerriri (Alfred), Rose Lenzi (Vincent) and Rocco Mayo (Poppy); his daughters, Susan Brandon (Sidney), Karen Taft (Stephen) and Julie DeRosa; his grandchildren, David Taft, Jordan Taft, Spencer Taft, Julia Brandon, Janie Brandon and Nick Brandon; his sister Josephine Joseph; and his parent Italian. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
He volunteered at St. Mary's, Light Hill, CMAC, Patty's Place, and most recently, coordinating and delivering meals for Canandaigua Cares to our local heroes during this pandemic.
