He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Dennis Keyser (Rochelle DeLeo) and Val Keyser-Francesca (Janine Francesca); his grandchildren, Amanda Keyser (David Gross), Heidi Keyser, Joshua Quayle, Jordan Quayle (Zoe Knickerbocker) and Samantha DeLeo; his great grandchildren, Finley and Fiona Gross; his brothers, Charles Keyser, Kenneth Keyser (Tomara) and Theodore Keyser (Barbara); his wife Betty Keyser (Hill); his son Walter Keyser; his brother David Keyser; and his parents, Charles Keyser and Ruth Keyser (McWhorter). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
