She was predeceased by: her father Robert Hook. She is survived by: her significant other Giles; her children, Nicole (Travis) and Morgan; her siblings, Deborah Dennis, John Hook (Alexa) and Chris Hook (Amy); her mother Sharon; and her grandchildren, Aidan and Ava. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to the Ontario County Humane Society on her behalf.
