He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Noaker Carson (McWilliams). He is survived by: his father Terry Noaker (Karen); his brother Richard "Rick" Noaker; his stepsister Barbara Haight; his uncle Thomas; and his aunt Carol McWilliams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
