Derby; his siblings, Anthony Derby (Kelley), Jessica Perkins (Chris) and Sierra Derby; his grandfather David Chappell; his fiancée Rachael Quinnell; and his fiancée's sons, Hunter and Brayden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
