He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dolliver, Sr. and Charlotte Dolliver (King); and his sister Gloria Schutz. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold (Butch), Kathleen Dolliver and Bruce Dolliver (Theresa Dolliver); his children, Cheri Lynne Dolliver (Joseph Bendig), David Arthur Dolliver, II, Michelle Leigh Milko (Timothy Milko), Gregory Edward Dolliver (Aaron Dolliver) and Crystal Marie Dolliver (Evonne Lane); his grandchildren, Amanda, DJ, Riley, Jamey, Kiara, Aedan, MacKenzie, Darby and Jordon; and his great grandchildren, Julian, Shiloh, Sadie, Everly and Silas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
