She was predeceased by: her husband Laurence C. "Bud" Frere; and her son James Frere. She is survived by: her sons, Laurence A. Frere and Richard Frere (Jaqueline); her daughter-in-law Geraldine Frere; and her sister Mary Block. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
