He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Green and Joan Green of Bristol, NY. He is survived by: his brother Timothy Green (Rebecca); his sons, Andrew (Alyssa) and Alex (Koryn); and his grandchildren, Melanie, Miranda, Liam and Cameron.

In Chris's memory, donations can be made to his memorial fund, which will support the Bristol Fire Department.
