He was predeceased by: his father John F. Carroll Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Buck Carroll of Seneca Castle; his siblings, Tracey Bradley (Kevin) of Seneca Castle, Jim Carroll of Canandaigua and John Carroll III of Geneva; his great-aunt Helen McCormick; his aunt Mary Ellen; and his uncle Bill Coffey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
