He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Ethel; his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Marion and Grace; and his son Charles Maney Jr. (Rick).
He is survived by: his wife Claire Maney; his daughter Patricia Woodard (Gary); his sister Nancy Long; and his stepchildren, Richard, Sandy Monahan, Michael Monahan, Kathy Palmer, Colleen Smith (Wayne), Mary Ellen Kenny (Don) and Barbara Spenner (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
