He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Winifred; and his brothers, Francis, John and Richard Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Reed); his daughters, Christa, Jennifer and Caitlin; his son-in-law Zachary; and his sister Mary Jane Kelsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
