He was predeceased by: his parents, Father Charles Congdon Sr. and Doris Congdon (Whalen) of Hornell. He is survived by: his wife Colleen A. Congdon (Hyland); his children, Zachary Congdon (Kaelin) and Marissa Congdon; his granddaughter Emma Cancilla of Canandaigua; and his siblings, Jerry Congdon (Petra) and Karen Travis (Jimbo Travis). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
