Charles E. Twitchell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 90, Charles E. Twitchell (Canandaigua, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Betty Twitchell and Joyce Twitchell; his son John Twitchell; his grandson Roy Spencer; and his siblings, Thomas Twitchell and Sabra Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Freeland (Michael), Thomas Twitchell (Pam) and Kathleen Spencer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
