Blanche P. Winters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche P. Winters (Canandaigua, New York), born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Oswald Peslin and Pearl Ann Peslin (Roberts); her husband Raymond; her daughters, Catherine W. Garcia of Lisle, NY, Mary E. Kipp of Bridgeville, DE, Virginia W. Novy of Macedon, NY and Marguerite P. Novy of Farmington, NY; and her sister Gaile Poggi. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
