She was predeceased by: her former husband Gerald B. Replogle; her husband Glenn A. Patton; her siblings, Reuben Miller, Mary Warner (Howard), Jeanette Fries (Herbert), Dorothy Clark (Harvey) and Arlene Leonard (Daniel); her close friend Helen Eiskant; and her parents, Howard Miller and Sarah Ruth Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Ann Rychlik (Frank F.); and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Patton Rychlik (Jessica DeBolt), Aron Matthew Rychlik (Krista Pelen) and Sarah Kaitlin-Elizabeth Rychlik. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
