She is survived by: her husband Bernard Hoffman; her sons, Brent Hoffman (Michele) of Canandaigua and Brandon Hoffman (Carrie) of Akron; her sister Beth Ann Armbrust (Michael) of Strykersville; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Hoffman, Zachary Hoffman, Alexis Hoffman and Carly Hoffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
