He was predeceased by: his sister Chastity Bradley Singletary; his grandparents, Philip Murphy Sr., Geraldine and Ernest Bradley; his uncle Rick Murphy; his aunts, Susan Krisher and Helen Zuck; and his great-grandparent Janet Fields.

He is survived by: his close friend Jacob Rivera of Canandaigua; his sister Summer Bradley (Wayne Clamp) of Buffalo, NY; his grandmother Patricia Shedrick of Oil City, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Aaden and Autumn Bradley of Oil City, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
