He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Putman; his children, Jeffrey Putman, John Nellis, Eric Nellis, Jennifer Wilcox, Heather Nellis and Cynthia Nellis; his siblings, Stanley Putman (Eileen), Stephen Putman (Michelle), Gary Putman (Lyn) and FritzAnn Surace (Butch Miner); his grandchildren, Reegan, Molly, Amelia, Kennedy and Emma; and his father Richard C. Putman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
