He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Weakley and Anna Weakley; his wife Nina M. Turnbull; and his siblings, Carlton, Donald Weakley and Ruth Weakley of Canajoharie.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Oeser (Albert) of Sprakers, Brenda Gosselin (Luc) of Canajoharie, Craig Weakley (Terina Lancaster) of Canajoharie and Laurie Roosevelt (Gregory) of Palatine Bridge; his grandchildren, Kristen Stevens (Shane Rickard), Nicole Maher (John), Kayla Warner (Justin) and Nicholas Roosevelt; and his great grandchildren, Jace Rickard, Lane Warner, Connor Maher, Trinity Warner and Abigail Maher. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
