With solemn reverence, we commemorate Nellie M. Yacobucci of Canajoharie, New York, whose life came to an end on April 11, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Green Desmond; her husband Alfred Yacobucci; her siblings, Roger Desmond and Evelyn Hoffman; and her son-in-law Danny Mulder.
She is survived by: her son Dennis; her daughter-in-law Charlene Yacobucci; her daughter Julie Mulder; her grandchildren, Chris, Patrick, Matthew, Alex, Ashley and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, William, Lilie, Henrry, Atlas, Jackson and Daniel.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Houghtaling & Hanley Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Otsego St, Canajoharie, NY 13317). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church (119 Reid St, Fort Plain, NY 13339).
