He is survived by: his parent Thomas Gallagher; his wife Joann Gallagher; his children, Noelle Harper (Michael Reposa), Alison Bechard (Ted), Kay Daugherty (Todd), Jackson Harper (Autumn) and Elizabeth Gallagher (Bruce McCann); and his brothers, Thomas and Patrick Gallagher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
