She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Phetteplace and Doris Strobel Petteplace; her grandson Aaron Ward; and her siblings, Neil Phetteplace and Eileen Dievendorf.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Lisa Ward), Jerry (Sandra Ward) and Julie (Louis Rush); her sister Mary Krug; and her sister-in-law Judith Ann Phetteplace. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
