It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gifford W. Kougher of Canajoharie, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Voorhees Kougher and Henrietta Hoyt Kougher. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Kougher of Canajoharie, Henrietta Fitzpatrick of St. Johnsville and Virgil Kougher of Las Vegas; and his friends, Brian Hearn, David Hodge, Everett Mahr and Rich Jerin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
