It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francine M. Wellman (Canajoharie, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Denise Looman. She is survived by: her parents, Sherman Smith and Harriet Peeler Smith; her siblings, Nolan Smith and Betty Sutterly; her daughters, Candi Williams of Fort Plain, NY and Rhonda (Peter Briele) of Palatine Bridge, NY; her grandsons, Lee Williams (Lynne) of Fort Plain, NY, Justin Williams and Peter Allen Briele of Palatine Bridge, NY; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Molly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
