He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Harmon; and his wife Judith Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Brian (Debra Harmon), Shelly (Joseph Rusin) and Jeff (Sheila Lind); his grandchildren, Karley Harmon, Cory Rusin (Dusty Andrus) and Payton Rusin (Kyle Mayo); his mother Esther Bingham; his sisters, Sharon (Stanley Burke) and Susan (David Diehl); and his cousin Bob Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“So sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing, he was a great friend I went to school with him, I lived about a quarter of a mile from him. After he got his license he would pick me up when I missed the bus, he was like a brother to me in school, still have a lead mark in my finger when we wrestling over a pencil on the bus. He gave me my nickname MerryLynn.. Enjoyed his visit when he stopped by when he was in Candor, he will be surely missed. Rest in peace my special friend.”
