He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Packard, Raymond Packard, Fred Packard and Hilda Howe. He is survived by: his parents, Eldon B. and Frances Packard (Hall); his wife Rowena Packard of Campbell, NY; and his children, Jeffrey Packard (Debra Smith) of Phoenix, NY, Brian Packard (Lesley) of Gansevoort, NY, Christine Aldrich (Dewaine) of Bath, NY and Kathryn Schmouder (Lon) of Liberty, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sidney's name may be made to the Campbell United Methodist Church, 8516 Main St., Campbell, NY 14821.
