She was predeceased by: her father W. David Swan; and her uncle Jack Perkins. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Swan (Perkins); her husband Dennis R. Johnson; her children, Samuel Johnson and Kathleen Johnson; her siblings, David J. Swan (Angela), Susan Swan (Doug Warriner), Carolyn Cardinale (Tom) and Julie Swan (Mark Fortin); her nieces, Tonya Jewel and Erin Hawkins (Joe); her aunt Pam MacPherson (Bruce); her nephews, Jesse Swan and Jack Swan; her uncle Gary Perkins (Dawn); her parents-in-law, Bob and Carolyn Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin Johnson, Missy DuBois (Fred) and Angie Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
