He is survived by: his wife Melissa Putman of Campbell, NY; his children, Mike Putman (Amber), Nick Putman (Amber), Missy Greer (Daniel) and KJ Putman of Bath, NY; his grandchildren, Xavier, Harley, Aiden, Triston, Lily, Lincoln and Devlin; his siblings, Ray Putman (Kara), Treasa Abbott (Jim), Don Putman (Kathy), David Putman (Janet), Kelvin Putman, Frank Putman (Penny), Vickie Boetler, Kevin Tucker, Doug Putman (Robin), Keith Putman (Dody), Joyce Kline, Lois Comstock (Pete) and Bev Dillon (Dan); and his caregiver Casey Manwarren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
