He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scanlon and Rosa Scanlon (Sutton); and his siblings, Genevieve Crane, Dorothy Craft, Mary King, Mina Marie Comstock, Lucy Crane, Robert, Raymond, Kenneth and Clifford Scanlon.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Hackett; his children, Michael Scanlon and Deborah Ann Gurnsey (Mark); his stepson Darin Terwilliger (Amy); and his granddaughters, Brittany, Oliva Page and Kaylie Terwilliger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
