He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pratt Tyo; his daughters, Sandy Kolmel (Todd) of Owego, Linda Gifford (Chris) of Hemlock and Sarah Stephens of Corning; his grandchildren, Timothy, Joshua Kolmel, Molly, Tomas Gifford, Gunnar and Calliope Stephens; and his siblings, Dale Tyo (Retha), Mark Tyo (Denise) and Lisa Burton (Donnie). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
