He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Carapella and Theresa Carapella (Fratarcangelo); his grandson Raymond Carapella; and his great grandchild Ethan Putt. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Carapella of Campbell; his children, Arline Ely (Bill) of Corning, NY, Theresa Baum (John), Raymond Carapella (Jennifer) of Lawrenceville, PA, Mark Carapella of Washington, Anthony Carapella (Kari) of Campbell, NY and Kara Carapella (Laura) of Elmira Heights, NY; his grandchildren, Lisa, Nick, Ricky, Renae, Holley, Matt, Kenny, Erin, Lukas, Avery, Cruz and Cash; and his siblings, Peter Carapella of Corning, NY and Ann Carapella. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many other extended family.
