He is survived by: his wife Blanca Elena Mendoza-Estela; his children, Wilma (Fernando Vayona), Liccette (Melido) of Brooklyn, NY, Jeanette (Elias) of Bronx, NY, Jacquelin Estela of Cabo Rojo, P. R., Angelo Baque of Queens, NY and Ingrid Baque of Blooming Grove, NY.; his sisters, Luz Maria Santana of Brooklyn, NY, Aida Santos (late Gilbert) of Brooklyn, NY, Ines and Lydia; his grandchildren, Jorrell, Matthew, Natalina, Gritchel, Mark, Elisha, Eliezel, David, James, Edwin, Robert Jr., Lisa, Karina, Gio Maximus and Caesar; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Moreira (Manuel), Beatriz Mendoza, Galo Mendoza (Blanquita), Jorge Mendoza (Ileana) and Jose Mendoza (Ingrid). He is also survived by children, many dear family members and friends.
