He is survived by: his wife Mary Hulse (Tilton); his children, Robin Johnson (Andy) and Lisa Hulse (Matthew Westall); his sister Winifred Smiley; his sisters-in-law, Agnes Hulse and Beverly Hulse; his grandchildren, Sarah Dagelewicz (Larry) and Dylan Johnson (Katie); and his great grandchild Harrison Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
