He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Dembeck of Goshen, Richard Dembeck of Connecticut and Irene Drake of Campbell Hall; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Drake, Adam Drake, Joseph Dembeck, Jonathan Dembeck, Kimberly Dembeck and Adrienne Dembeck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Hudson Valley Honor Flight in Jerry's name.
