It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Patrick Sullivan in Campbell Hall, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemary Sullivan (Downs). He is survived by: his father Eugene Sullivan; his wife Brianne Sullivan (Derham); his son Shane Sullivan; his stepmother Geri Sullivan; his stepsister Michelle Slutsky; his father-in-law Brian Derham (Shayne); and his siblings-in-law, Jessica Cox (Josh), Brian Derham (Danielle) and Josh Derham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Daniels name to Hamptonburgh Fire Dept., 13 Maybrook Rd, Campbell Hall NY 10916.
