He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, William E. Dugan Jr. and Ruth Dugan (Hansen); his wife Verna; his children, Renie (Tony Johnson) and Bill IV (Jennifer Lockard); his granddaughter Finley; and his siblings, Ruth Fitzgerald (David), Richard (Gloria), Brian (Jill), Vincent, Mary May (Neal), Timothy (Linda) and Kenneth Neil. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
