He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Zewan; his son Thomas Burns (Kari) of Fairmount; his grandson Christopher (Emily); his great grandchild Ryan Burns of Wynantskill; his granddaughter Mackenzie Salvagni (David) of Liverpool; his daughter Suzanne Burton of Liverpool; his grandson David (Jen); his great grandchild Jamieson Carta of Clay; his grandson Michael (Marquis Mahnken); his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Mikey Jr. Carta and Riley Thurlow of Syracuse; his brother Thomas Burns of Owasco; and his siblings-in-law, Gwen Plish (Richard) and Jack Zewan (Marilyn) of New Smyrna Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
