He was predeceased by: his wife Marie; his parents, Patrick and Catherine; and his brother James Purcell. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick of Camillus, Thomas J. Jr. of Camillus and Michael (Kristen) of Camillus; his grandchildren, Daniel Purcell and Elizabeth Purcell; and his brothers, Joseph of Philadelphia, PA and Patrick (Terry) of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by three nieces.
