With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally E. (Pieterek) May (Camillus, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pieterek and Anna Pieterek; and her sister Dawn Smith. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Jennifer May of Syracuse and Julie Criste of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Travis, Sienna and Lilah; and her sisters, Sue Burton of Syracuse and Darlene Garofalo (Sam) of Charlotte, NC..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031).
