He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Faulkner and Grace Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Dori; his sons, Tim (Melissa) of Camillus, Chris (Corinna) of Colchester, CT, Scott (Cheryl) of Apalachin and Sean (Kim) of Mendham, NJ; and his brother David (Jan) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
