We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2022, at the age of 93, Phyllis C. Mattis of Camillus, New York, born in Johnson City, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Basker and Etta Basker (Parnell); her husband Robert; her children, Robert Mattis, Jr., William Mattis (Vanessa Muckoya) and June Pritchard (Steve); her grandchildren, Jared, Tania, Tyler, Haley, Lynn and Dave; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Audrey, Jacqueline, Matthew and Norm.
