He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip and Marian. He is survived by: his son-in-law Tim; his wife Norma Young; his stepchildren, Rhonda (Tim), Filkins (Law), Robert Law (Vicki), Perry J. Tarquinio (Kathy) and Michael Tarquinio (Jill); his grandchildren, Meagan, Alex, Gabby, Noah of Jordan, MJ, Miles, Aaron and DJ; and his brothers, Phillip "Philly" Tarquinio and Gene Tarquinio.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting scratch-off lottery tickets or $10 poker chips from the Turning Stone (kidding, although Perry would have thought that was hilarious!).
