He is survived by: his parents, Mike Boldt and Ellie Boldt (Lauri); his son Michael Boldt; his grandson Anthony Boldt; his sisters, Allison Boldt and Jennifer Ford (Travis); his niece Katherine Ford; and his nephew Patrick Ford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
