He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Allen. He is survived by: his children, Maryann Goldych-Kole (Glenn), Michael Jr. (Diane) and Martin; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Goldych and Joshua Kole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
