He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Reals Amidon; his son Rick; his grandson Jeffrey Amidon-Blasier; and his brother William. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Miccuci (Greg), Wendy Amidon Murray (Jeff) and Robin Best (Todd); his grandchildren, Rebecca Amidon, Jessica Best (Derek), Shelaine Best, Alyssa and Ethan Murray; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan Amidon-Crawford, Kaiden Best and Dashiel Maurice Miller; his siblings, Nancy Busby and Brian; and his sister-in-law Kathy Whipple (Bill).
